Fresh produce, meat, deli, dairy, bakery and frozen — all under one roof.

Aisles 2, 3 & 4
The middle three aisles are the ones you restock rather than shop. Flour, sugar, oil, vinegar and spices in aisle 2; cereal, coffee, peanut butter and juice in aisle 3; soup, pasta, rice and the canned wall in aisle 4. Between them they hold the things that mean you can cook something without going out.
The right-hand side is the baking side: sugar, flour, spices and salt, baking ingredients, canned milk and canned fruit. The left is condiments — salad dressing, ketchup and mustard, barbecue sauce, pickles and olives, oil, vinegar and gravy mix.
Food wrap, foil, parchment and Ziploc bags are on the same side, which is a slightly odd neighbour for salad dressing but exactly where you'd want them when you're already thinking about leftovers.
Cereal, hot cereal, oat milk, granola bars and pudding run down one side; pancake mix, honey, peanut butter, jam, juice and drink crystals down the other. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are at the end.
Soup and crackers start the aisle, then canned meat and seafood, canned vegetables and canned beans. Facing them: pasta and sauce, coating mixes and boxed side dishes, and the Mexican and Asian shelf with rice, taco kits and salsa.
This is the aisle to raid before a storm, a long weekend or a week where the schedule has gone sideways.
Stock varies week to week. This is what the store reliably carries, not a live inventory.

Dried pasta and white rice keep for years, flour six to eight months and whole-grain flour rather less, ground spices about a year before they fade, and canned goods well past their date if the tin isn't dented, rusted or swollen.
Flour, sugar, rice and oil are carried in the larger household bags and bottles as well as the standard sizes. For anything bigger than that, ask at the front counter about ordering it in.
